How to use this ballot data:

1) Download the following file:

	pSTV-setup-0.6.exe

2) Download at least one of the following sets of ballot data:

	senate2003fall.blt
	senate2004fall.blt
	senate2004winter.blt
	senate2005winter.blt
	president2004winter.blt


3) Install pSTV by double clicking on pSTV-setup-0.6.exe and going through the installation process.

4) After installing pSTV, open the program.

5) Select "Ballots" from the top menu and select "Load (blt)..." from the drop down menu.

6) Select one of the five sets of election data (.blt files).

7) The ballot data should now be loaded and you may use pSTV to run the election under several different scenarios.

8) Refer to the pSTV "Help" feature on how to run the actual program.
